Product Overview:
The Vibration Probe level meter used adopts anti-adhesion circuit, which can remove the influence of adhesion and false level signal hanging around the probe while detecting the real level.Vibration probe level meter can detect have (high level) or not have (low level) materials in various containers according to the working principle of ash storehouse sensing. It can set high level or low level fault alarm .Vibration probe level meter can measure various process material, such as refined oil, gasoline, conductive mud, etc.
Principle:
The working principle of vibrator level meter is based on radio frequency (RF) technology. A radio frequency is applied to the probe and, through continuous analysis, the influence caused by the surrounding environment is determined. Since all materials have a dielectric constant and their conductivity is different from air, the total impedance changes when the probe is in contact with the material due to a small capacitance shift. Since the energized probe and the container wall form the two plates of the capacitor, the probe's insulator and the surrounding air become the dielectric material, when the air (whose dielectric constant is 1.0) becomes the dielectric material of any other material (dielectric constant > 1) The capacitance effect is strengthened during displacement. This changes the impedance of the application. That is, a change in capacitance value causes a change in impedance. This effect is measured by the circuit and then compared with a reference established by the sensitivity setting (circuit).
Setting of sensitivity of the vibrator level meter will affect the correctness of the sensor output. The probe's null-kotetm circuit allows the measuring circuit to ignore the material accumulated on the probe, which would otherwise cause sensitivity failures. The NULL-KOTETM circuit is excited with the same radio frequency potential as that applied to the sensor probe. Since the current cannot flow at the same potential, the NULL-KOTETM circuit cuts off the current flow that would normally flow from the energized probe through the accumulated material to the container walls. In this way, the material around the energized probe is measured, not the accumulated material.
